ICEtrekkers are warranted for 1 year from purchase date against defects in material and workmanship. If Buyer discovers a defect, Buyer should return ICEtrekkers to the place of purchase. If that is not possible, contact us at help@interexind.ca . ICEtrekkers are not warranted against normal wear and tear, improper use, modifications,or against use for purposes for which they are not designed.
This Warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from area to area. Except for expressly stated in this Warranty, ICEtrekkers/Implus/Interex Industries Ltd. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from the use of the ICEtrekkers. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. (Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above exclusions may not apply to you).
Disclaimer:
Use of ICEtrekkers does not guarantee that you will never fall on icy or snowy surfaces. Always use caution when walking on slick surfaces. ICEtrekkers are for outdoor use; they can damage wood floors and other indoor surfaces.

To keep the product in good condition as long as possible we recommend to rinse the product (to get rid of sidewalk salt etc.) and wipe it dry after each use and then keep it inside (stored at room temperature).
Also, even though we understand it’s difficult to avoid some surfaces, but traction products are designed to be used in packed snow (not deep) and/or on icy surfaces and it is not recommended to use them while walking/running on paved, gravel, concrete surfaces, indoors or on any surfaces cleared of snow or ice as it might cause a premature wear and tear and will affect the integrity of the product.
